Product Specification

Casings: Made from Cast Iron inoculated for grain refinement to prevent seepage of oil or cast steel duly annealed.

Gearing: The Gear and pinions are helical 200 involute designed as per IS 4460 and profile corrected as per IS 3756 to obtain gradual application of load on each teeth to limit specific friction and to give the tooth base a good stiffness. The teeth cutting is done maintaining span (measurement over teeth). The pinions are integral or alloy steel shells shrink fitted onto forged shafts.

Lubrication: Lubrication lines to bearings and oil splash lines on to gear are provided. External lubrication unit comprising of gear pump filters. Heat exchanger can also be supplied.
